SERVICES OFFERED
The following services are offered by BBCW Distributors
.
1. Stocking Warehouse We are a stocking warehouse, which means we purchase extra product to allow for re-orders. It also offers a place to get product for those customers that forgot to place an order and cannot get product elsewhere.
2. Customer Service We consider ourselves to be a service company. We realize that your time is important. Your sales rep is available via phone and email to address your needs quickly and accurately.
3. No Order Minimums Its that simple. No Order Minimums! If a case is a solid pack of the same figure than that item is sold as eaches and your order can be as few as 1 piece. If the case is an assorted pack than it is sold as sealed cases and your order can be as few as 1 case.
4. Competitive Pricing Our pricing is very competitive. We will tell you up front that we will not be the least expensive nor will we be the most expensive. If you have a question, someone is available via phone to answer it. If you have a problem, someone is available via phone to make it right.
5. Shipping We ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS and Freight. This allows us to continually shop for the most economical means of shipping for our customers.
6. Drop-Shipments Normally we would ship an item to you and then you re-ship it to your customer. We will ship directly to your customer using your return address. To your customer it appears that the product is coming directly from you. You will enjoy a greater margin per sale by using our Drop Shipping Service. There is a small charge for this service that you can discuss with your sales rep.
7. Gift Wrapping We are equipped to professionally Gift Wrap your Drop Ship Order. This is an opportunity for you to offer more services to your retail customers without having to make any additional investment or without creating any additional work for yourselves. You will enjoy a greater margin per sale by using our Gift Wrapping Service. There is a small charge for this service that you can discuss with your sales rep.
8. Online Ordering Our up-to-date website gives you the ability to order product as you are reading about it. The process is quick and accurate.
9. Product Images We update our website continually to provide the best product images available. We dont put any markings on the images (our logo, for example). So feel free to copy the images from our website to post on your website.
